Collection of Access Data and Log Files

For technical operation and security, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores the following data in server log files:

Operating system used
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address

Purpose: ensuring operation, security, and troubleshooting.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Storage period: only as long as necessary for these purposes, then deleted or anonymized. The exact retention period is determined by the hosting provider's technical configuration.

Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, and any name or message content) is stored in order to process and respond to your inquiry.

Legal basis: pre-contractual communication or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interests in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Storage period: until the inquiry has been fully resolved and no longer needs to be kept, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Google Fonts

This website uses the font "Inter", provided by Google Fonts. When a page is loaded, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers to retrieve the font files. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Purpose: consistent, fast-loading typography across the website.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Scripts

The JavaScript libraries used on this website (GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lenis, page-flip) are self-hosted on our own server. No connection to third-party script providers is established for this purpose.

Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools of any kind.

It uses the browser's sessionStorage for two purely technical, functional purposes: to remember that the intro animation has already played in the current browser session, and to determine the direction of a page transition. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab. It has no personal reference and does not require consent.

This website contains links to our LinkedIn and Instagram profiles. These are plain links, so no data is transmitted to LinkedIn or Instagram merely by visiting this website. Data transfer to these platforms only occurs if you actively click a link and are taken to the respective external site, which then applies its own privacy policy.
